Welcome to Booth Boss Bootcamp (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By enrolling in, accessing, or participating in Booth Boss Bootcamp (“Program”), you (“Participant,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing or participating.

• Upon purchase, you will receive access to all program materials, including videos, guides, assignments, and templates, through our designated online platform.
• Access is limited to the individual purchaser. Sharing login details, materials, or course content with others is strictly prohibited.

• All content within Booth Boss Bootcamp, including videos, worksheets, templates, frameworks, and brand elements, is the intellectual property of Booth Boss Bootcamp and Heather Bundgaard.
• You may use the materials solely for your personal learning and trade show success. You may not copy, distribute, resell, or use any part of the Program for commercial training purposes without written consent.

By enrolling, you agree to:

• Actively participate in the Program and complete all course modules.
• Submit all required homework assignments, including exercises and requested social media posts, within the designated timeframe.
• Maintain respectful conduct in all communications with Booth Boss Bootcamp staff, trainers, and fellow participants.

• All payments are due at the time of enrollment.
• Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of Program access.

We are confident that Booth Boss Bootcamp will equip you with the strategies and tools to succeed at trade shows. 

For this reason, we offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee under the following conditions:

• You must complete the full course within 4 weeks of purchase.
• You must submit all assigned homework, including any requested social media posts, to demonstrate active participation.
• If, after completing all requirements, you are unsatisfied with the Program, you may request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date.

Refunds will not be granted if:

• You fail to complete the course within 4 weeks.
• You do not submit the required assignments.
• You change your mind without demonstrating effort or participation.

To request a refund, email customerservice@boothbossbootcamp.com with proof of completed coursework and assignments.

• The Program is designed to provide education and strategies for trade show exhibiting. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, sales figures, or revenue results. Your success depends on your own effort, market conditions, and implementation of the strategies taught.

• Booth Boss Bootcamp and its representatives will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Program.

• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, United States.
